Lantana has a unique home owners association known as the Lantana Owners Association. The following is an overview of what the LOA entails and how the Lantana intranet site will be used to keep all residents informed and connected within Lantana.

Lantana Intranet website (password protected site)
Front-yard maintenance based on 40 mows per year
Amenity use & upkeep
Common area maintenance
